If you use a plug-in:
After you have opened an EaSecure message, you can reply to the sender, reply to the sender and all recipient, forward the message, or compose a new message in the same way as ordinary email. Please note, however, you should reply or forward an EaSecure message only after the message has been decrypted. If you forward an EaSecure message before it is decrypted, the ".eas" attachment will still be encrypted by your public key and the recipient will not be able to open it. If you reply to an EaSecure message before it is decrypted, the quoted text will not be the actual message, but the "Carrier Pigeon" (the text outside telling you it is an EaSecure message and how to open it).
If you use the standalone client:
Once an EaSecure message is opened in the standalone client, you may:
(1) Reply to sender by clicking the
button or
by selecting "Reply to Sender" under the "File" menu.
(2) Reply to the sender and all other recipients by clicking the
button
or by selecting "Reply to All" under the "File" menu.
(3) Forward the message
by clicking the
button or
by selecting "Forward" under the "File" menu.
(4) Compose a brand new message by clicking the
button or by selecting "New" under the "File" menu.
Each of these actions will put the standalone client into composing mode, where you can edit your message before sending.
