Unlike other public key based secure email systems that will require you to wrestle with the public/private keys and certificates for hours before you can start sending and receiving secure emails, getting started with EaSecure is extremely fast and easy. To get started with EaSecure:

(1) Receive a one-time-password-protected EaSecure message.

(2) Download and install an EaSecure plug-in or standalone client.

(3) Open the EaSecure message using the corresponding one-time-password and then create your own password.

After these simple steps, you will be able to open all past and future EaSecure messages sent to your email address using your own password, and be able to send EaSecure messages to ANYONE who has an email address. At the same time, all one-time passwords for your email address will expire immediately and become useless. Nobody can use them to open any EaSecure messages any more.

To start using EaSecure with a different email address on the same computer, simply repeat the steps (1) and (3). (Step (2) is not necessary because the EaSecure program is already installed.)

Please note: You can only use EaSecure on the computer with which you have opened your first EaSecure message. To use EaSecure on a different computer for the same email address, you need to export your keys associated with that email address onto that computer.
