The EaSecure plug-in slightly changes the behavior of the "Send" button of your email program to popup a dialog box (the Send Options dialog box) that allows you to select whether you want to send the message with EaSecure or send it unencrypted. You have four choices:

1. Send this message with EaSecure. If you choose this option, the message will be sent as an EaSecure message.
2. Send this message unencrypted. If you choose this option, the message will be sent as a normal email message.
3. Always send with EaSecure and do not show this dialog box again. If you choose this option, all messages sent out will be EaSecure messages regardless whether you have clicked the "Send" button or the "Send EaSecure" button. The Send Options dialog box will also be disabled (not shown again when the "Send" button is clicked).
4. Always send unencrypted when the "Send" button is clicked and do not show this dialog box again. If you choose this option, the "Send" button will always send the message unencrypted without showing the Send Options dialog box. You must click the "Send EaSecure" button to send the message securely. Be careful when you choose this option, because you may accidentally click the "Send" button instead of the "Send EaSecure" button when you intend to send a secure message. (This has happened to many users before the Send Options dialog box feature was introduced.)

The above option 3 can also be selected using the "Tools" menu. You may select "Always Send with EaSecure" under the "Tools" menu to toggle a check mark on the menu item. If a check mark appears on the menu item, the Send Options dialog box will not be shown and all messages sent will be EaSecure messages, regardless whether you have clicked the "Send" button or the "Send EaSecure" button. 

To undo the changes made by choosing option 3 above (to make the Send Options dialog box to re-appear), select "Always Send with EaSecure" under the "Tools" menu to make it unchecked.

To undo the changes made by choosing option 4 above (to make the Send Options dialog box to re-appear), select "Always Send with EaSecure" under the "Tools" menu twice (to make it checked, and then unchecked).
